Resources Public Service Announcements The Character Training Institute produces two 60-second public service announcements every month and provides them by request on audiotape. The PSA scripts are also included for those who are interested in customizing the PSA by using a local voice. Comcast has agreed to make the television PSA's available to other stations on a case-by-case basis.
